Once your project is invoiced and substantially complete, Elevated Integration provides 90 days of complimentary support. This “break-in period” allows for minor programming adjustments and gives you time to get comfortable with your system.

Additionally, we back the manufacturer’s hardware warranty with full warranty labor coverage for one year. After the first year, in-warranty hardware support is available at 50% off our standard service rate.
