The cinema

Built for the way film should feel.

Theater designed by Theo Kalomirakis, executed by Elevated Integration. Barco projection, Storm Audio, and Wisdom Audio behind an acoustically transparent screen, with Cineak seating in custom leather and Art Deco detailing.

The lounge

A bar, and the whole library on the wall.

Off the theater, a bar looks through to the room and its screen. The full film library lives on Kaleidescape, called up from the same system that runs the estate, so a movie night starts with a drink poured and a title chosen from across the room.

The making of

From bare walls to a finished estate.

On the ocean in Bermuda, a private estate (a large main house and four guest cottages) runs as a single system. Video and audio travel over the network to every room across the grounds: one library, one logic, the same experience in the great room or in a cottage by the water. We engineered every system in the home, from the first pre-wire to final calibration.

The build begins

Before a wire was pulled, we planned the infrastructure into the structure, pathways to every room in the main house and out to all four cottages.
