Most firms treat control as the last layer, added once the equipment's chosen. You end up with the Lutron app for lights, the Sonos app for music, something else for climate. Each one works; together they're a mess, and you're the one doing the integrating. We go the other way. The control layer is where the experience actually lives, and it's the part we shape around how your family really uses the house. A lot of the industry sells equipment. We think the equipment is the easy part.
The same interface reaches the parts of the house you'd never think to open an app for: climate tuned room by room, the pool and spa warmed before you arrive, a gate opened for a guest, energy watched and balanced. And it travels with you: check in or adjust anything, from anywhere.

The interface is genuinely beautiful, and it behaves the same on a phone, a tablet, and an in-wall touchpanel.
