We design and install shading on the two platforms that define the category: Savant, as a Savant Platinum Elite Dealer, and Lutron, as a Lutron Platinum Dealer. The right one depends on the home.

We shade with both Savant and Lutron, not as a default, but as a choice. Each is exceptional; each suits a different home. What follows gives each its due. The order is not a ranking. The right platform is the one that fits the house and the way it's run.
Shade, native to the whole house.
Savant Shades (the Proseo line, on Inception Series hardware) are engineered into one system with the rest of the home. When a house is built on Savant, the shades live inside it: one app, one set of scenes, one logic with lighting, climate, and sound.

Minimal aluminum hardware with no visible wires or screws, custom-fit to the opening, in new construction or a retrofit.
Follows the sun.
Shades track sunrise and sunset by the home's own coordinates, and join scenes alongside light and temperature.

Lutron is the reference for shading, the deepest pedigree in the category, with Sivoia QS and Palladiom shades held in quiet coordination by HomeWorks, so light and shade move as one.

Across a wall of windows, shades read as one line, each hembar monitored over a hundred times a second, so a room full of them moves in calm unison.

Every drive and every textile is engineered for silence, measured to a fraction of a decibel. You see the room change, you don't hear it happen.

When a home runs on Savant, we often keep the shades native to it, one system, end to end. When the collection, the drapery, or a particular finish leads, Lutron sets the standard. And often the best answer is both: Lutron shades within a Savant home. We design the combination that fits, not the one we default to.
Light and shade, one system.
Shading joins the same logic as the home's lighting, climate, and audio. One scene lowers the shades, warms the light, and settles the room for evening; another opens the house to the morning. From a keypad or the app (in the living room, or on the water), the whole house answers at once.
