The golf simulator, done right.
A dedicated simulator room built like a theater, the launch monitor, the screen, the projector, the acoustics, and the light and shade, all tuned together and run from the same system as the rest of the house.
The build
More than a screen in the garage.
A simulator that plays like the real thing is a room, not a kit. We build the enclosure and impact screen, choose and calibrate the launch monitor, Trackman, Foresight, or Uneekor, set a short-throw or laser projector to the screen, treat the room so the sound of a struck ball lands right, and light it so there's no glare across the hitting area. Then it joins the house: one tap dims the lights, drops the shade, and turns on the room.

A dedicated simulator room is a real build. Most start around $50,000 and run well beyond it for a bespoke room. Tell us where you're aiming and we'll take it from there.
Common questions
- How much room do I need?
- A comfortable build wants roughly ten feet of ceiling, twelve or more feet of width, and fifteen or more feet of depth, so a right- and a left-hander both have room to swing. We can work with less, and we'll tell you honestly what a given room can and can't do before you commit.
- Which launch monitor should I get?
- It depends on the room and how you play. Trackman and Foresight are the reference for accuracy and data; Uneekor is a strong ceiling- or floor-mounted option. We fit the monitor to the space and the game, not the other way around.
- Can it share a room with the theater?
- Yes. A well-designed room can be both: a screen and enclosure for golf, a cinema when you want a film, on one Savant scene that switches between them. It takes planning, and it's one of our favorite rooms to build.
- What does one cost?
- A dedicated room is a real build, not a kit. Most start in the mid five figures and run well beyond it for a bespoke room with millwork, acoustics, and full integration. The inquiry asks where you're aiming so we can be useful from the first call.
- Can I play real courses and leagues?
- Yes. The major platforms carry hundreds of famous courses, practice ranges, and online leagues, so the room is as good for a Tuesday session as a weekend match with friends.
