Smart Home Integration in Greenwich

Greenwich sits just over the state line from our Armonk office. Its houses, from the backcountry to the water, are some of the most demanding we work in.

Greenwich covers a lot of ground. The backcountry, north of the Merritt, is estate country: Round Hill, Conyers Farm and the roads around them, with large houses on large land. To the south, Belle Haven, Field Point, Riverside and Old Greenwich face the Sound, and Cos Cob sits along the Mianus River in between.

The work runs from new construction, planned with the architect from the first drawings, to the careful renovation of houses loved for generations. The standard stays the same: equipment and cable no one should ever see, and rooms that feel finished rather than fitted.

It is also where we built the sound and picture for Rooster Hill Cinema, a fifteen-seat private cinema under a gold-leaf dome.

In Greenwich

Rooster Hill Cinema

Fifteen seats under a gold-leaf dome. Neon at the top of the stairs, a mirrored bar on the way down, and in the room itself a 7.2 Meridian system with Barco projection.

Architecture

Georgian, shingle, stone and glass

Georgian and Colonial Revival estates in the backcountry, shingle-style houses on the water, stone manors and new modern houses on both. Each has its own logic, and the technology follows it, placed with the architect so nothing interrupts a façade or a room.

Lifestyle

Built to host

These houses entertain: a cinema for friends, music from the living room to the pool, lighting that sets the evening, a network that holds with a full house. When the family travels, the system is monitored remotely and the house is ready for their return.

Questions

Greenwich, answered.

Do you work in Greenwich, CT?
Yes. Our Armonk office is a short drive from Greenwich, and we design and install home theater, lighting and shading, audio, networking and Savant control in homes across the town, from the backcountry to Old Greenwich.
Who designs private home cinemas in Greenwich?
Elevated Integration is HTA Certified – Luxury and designs dedicated cinemas from the room up: acoustics, seating layout, projection, sound and lighting, then calibrates them. In Greenwich, Rooster Hill Cinema pairs a 7.2 Meridian system with Meridian DSP loudspeakers and Barco projection.
Can you work with our architect and builder?
That is how we prefer to work. We join at the design stage, coordinate device locations, equipment space and wiring with the architect, and work to the builder's schedule on site.
Do you look after the system while we are away?
Yes. Care plans include remote monitoring, maintenance and support, so problems are often found and fixed before you notice them, and the house is ready when you come home.
Do you cover the rest of Fairfield County?
Yes: New Canaan, Darien, Westport, Rowayton, Wilton and Fairfield, as well as Westchester, New York City and the Hamptons.
